Jesus told us to love our enemies. From the cross, He said, “Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do.” I guess I have some enemies. So here is a prayer for us to say for our enemies.
Lord God, You know everything, and I don’t.
If I be mistaken in anything I say, let no one be misled by it.
May my words and actions always draw others nearer to You.
Draw those who oppose me closer and closer to You. Give them everything they need to brought into Your eternal presence.
Give me courage and kindness to always act as you would have me act.
